Marsh Communications Announces
Two New Bank Partnerships

ATLANTA, Aug. 27, 2008 – Marsh Communications LLC, a financial services communications and investor relations firm, announced that it has begun new communications partnerships with Newnan Coweta Bancshares Inc., the holding company of Neighborhood Community Bank in Newnan, Ga., and Cherokee Banking Company, the holding company of Cherokee Bank, headquartered in Canton, Ga.

Marsh Communications will provide investor and public relations counsel and communications services to both institutions.
