MarshComm has assisted several community banks in transitioning the trading of their shares from the Pink Sheets/OTCBB to Nasdaq. This process requires a host of activities aimed at communicating with shareholders, employees and potential investors.

For one of our clients making this transition, MarshComm wrote a letter from top management to the company's shareholder base that details the move to Nasdaq, explains the rationale behind it in terms of benefits to shareholders, and informs investors what actions they need to take as a result of the transition.

Following the letter is a Q&A sheet that MarshComm wrote for the client to help answer questions most likely to be asked by shareholders.
